Pro includes advanced capabilities like environments, custom charts, Topics, more flexible permission roles, additional human review configurations, and 30 day data retention. If you need predictable spend or advanced features, Pro is the right fit.
If you need enterprise features like SSO, compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, custom DPA), priority support, or a shared Slack channel, contact us to discuss an Enterprise plan.
Nothing changes if you're currently on a Free or Pro plan. Your plan, features, and pricing stay the same unless you choose to switch.
When you upgrade from Starter to Pro, you get immediate access to all Pro features. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month, and then the full $249/mo platform fee starting the next billing cycle.
